I saw Kingston in Cardiff at the WWE house show, he looked fairly impressive against Kenny Dykstra (but then they both looked like they were trying hard, and both looked very good).
Carlito is just a lazy sod who's good on the mic - even in MITB he looked like he couldn't give a crap because he wasn't going to win, so why bother trying to impress?
Kingston has looked great against Shelton in the couple of their matches that I've seen, and being in ECW I guess he's not going to get much a run with mid-card gold for a while, so could be a good move. I've got a feeling it could be a short reign, possibly feuding with Cade over the gold with Y2J and Michaels in their respective corners. Linking Cade and Kofi to Michaels and Jericho is a good move, to try and get them both over.
Note - I'm still pissed off by Cade's Amazing Push From Nowhere, by the way...
