(VR spoiler) WCW ending ruins TNA ppv main event

So last night Booker T won the world title after Joe beat him to a pulp, then beat two refs up, then got battered by Sting who came out to stop Joe hurting booker at Sharmells request,Booker then made the pin and Sharmell hit the 3 count.

The PPV ended with Tenay asking "how the hell can Booker be champion"

these 'god that didn't make sense, we better watch Impact' endings did'nt work for WCW, they damn sure wont work for TNA.

Its obvious that hes still champion. its more frustrating that the have to resort to such an ending. Especially when you have a good card like they did. With the culmination of the Worldx cup.

Im guessing this will set up a 3 way for bound for glory. TNAs biggewst pay perview will be headlined bu 2 over 40's and an up and comer? Is that good or bad?

Marty, you managed to make it sound a less shit than it actually was, I saw it on daily motion(before it was taken down) this morning, and the end was unbelievably fking bad.

and for anyone that thinks "yeah but you just hate TNA", watch it first and then try and defend it, I guarantee you won't even try.

Aparrently the rest of the PPV was solid and it was just the main event that was cluster fuck, reminds me off WCW.

I havent watched it yet but from reading the spolier sites it sounded Russo at his worst.
The AJ match sounds a stonker as well as the first X-Cup match so will catch it on Bravo on Wednesday.

I went on the TNA section of a message board I use and it was all 'other than the main event VR was better than Wrestlemania'

But Wrestlemania' are ALWAYS overrated anyway.....

PPV's live and die by their main event, everyone knows TNA have solid a midcard, but the booking of their main event is just plain shit, and there handling of Joe as champion is..........well, wank. they waited to long to pull the trigger on him IMO, is he heel/face what?

Booker really isn't main event anymore (I never felt he was in the first place)
Samoa hasn't been the champ I'd hoped he was going to and I can see him losing it soonish (if he already hasnt to Booker) and I hope they have the balls to stick their neck out and have a Joe v AJ title match.
Use the guys that made TNA.
Not ones that WWE dumped.
Not ones that were around in WCW 10 years ago.
But the two guys that put on so many good matches between them.
And however much I enjoy CurryMan/Sharkboy skits (yes its wrong but I do), bring back Chris Daniels and get him in the higher midcard/main event league.

Havent a clue what Joe is at the moment.
They keep trying to turn him heel but the fans ain't biting (apart from in Booker's hometown)
He needs to ally himself with Kurt and take down AJ & Sting to get proper heel status if thats the way they want to run it.

All i can say is.....AJ needs/deserves/warrants the mtoher of all pushes. Don't forget jarretts due back soon. Im expecting him to screw joe at bound for glory

AJ for me is and has been one of the top 3 wrestlers of the past few years through all federations.
Only Edge and Angle have possibly been better for overall and consistant performances both in and out of the ring and even thats a close call.
