Draft Poster

Anyone think the poster they released has any spoilers in it?

They have several people who are rumored to be switching brand, such as Batista, Morrison, Punk, Hardy, on it, which makes me wonder if we're seein a majority of the draftees on that poster.

Well if they where to be the only people to move then smackdown would be in the shit, it NEEDS one or two of RAW's big names (umaga is a jobber and doesn't count).

if its the ones on the poster then its not an official poster n someones been crafty.

i mean normaly posters have the big stars on, but if they put them on, then people would be like OH NO.

Dunno, can't even remember last years draft to be honest.

Id be surprised if it was the official poster though, like you said it would normally have most of the big guns on there.

Didn't Lashley have to drop the ECW belt last year because he was drafted to Raw?

im sure they said some people were exempt though, maybe im hearing things in my memories.

I really couldn't tell you, this is my first draft since the first one back then, but I think they do something dodgy like that. Ive heard a bunch of different way's they done it over the year's. Add a new twist every year innit.

the draft lottery, grrr if they have that bloody thing with pictures of them all and it goes round then stops on a face il cry.

id prefer a "real" draft, where GMs get to choose people and there is a bunch of say 5 free agents aswell to add to rosters.

That's how they did the first one aint it? Better having them actually pick one after another, spread's the talent out abit better, well it would do if it was actually done random should I say... But they know where they're putting 'em before hand so all I want is a decent roster on each show.

haha, yeah I get what ya mean, if they did it all with an actual lottery though there's alway's the chance that all the most popular wrestler's would all end up in the same place and the other brand 's would lose out big time, being predetermined is Vince's way of making sure all the brand's get a big star or 2.

Last year Benoit was drafted to ECW, but when 'the incident' happened ECW lost a big draw and haven't really recovered and pairing with SD was like a way to help it out abit, that's what I think any way...

As long as we get 3 half decent brand's set up with new feud's and story's then that's good enough for me.

Does Raw even have a gm anymore?
It'd make it hard for them to have a proper draft without one.

That being said, having the GM pick doesn't really make for a good draft, because in the case of vicky, she'd only draft people she'd think edge could beat, like kendrik and london and other such jobbers.

So an element of randomness is necessary.
