McMahon's Decision To Strip Undertaker Of Title

-- The Friday before Backlash, Vince McMahon made the call to strip the Undertaker of the World Heavyweight Championship at the next week's SmackDown taping. The reason for the change is that it is believed that Edge works better as a champion than a challenger and Taker as a champion only works when he has a great challenger. Taker defending against Edge isn't much of a PPV money match and Undertaker vs. Batista has been done time and time again. A while ago, there was talk of Big Daddy V entering a big title feud with Taker, but that appears to be off the cards.

hope thats true though, although i thought edge as a challenger minus vickie works, cos he wont look weak as shit. he cant play scared for the rest of his career. thought having him stand infront of vickie was the start of a new tougher edge.
