5 More Wrestlers and a Ref Are Released...

WWE has released Big Daddy V, Domino, Nunzio, and James Curtis, according to PWInsider.com. Curtis and Domino appeared on television in recent weeks, but the others have been getting much camera time. V was sent home back in March due to weight and health issues. The company also released referee Nick Patrick. As previously noted, the company also released Shannon Moore and Chris Harris (a/k/a Braden Walker). Referee Nick Patrick has also been released.

Can't say I'm particularly bothered about any of these. Maybe Big Daddy V though, he was big and fat but still canny fun to have around lol.

Yeah, Big Daddy V has been on the payroll for how long? Sad to see him go .

Otherwise, not a huge loss there.

Just had a look on Wiki, he's been with WWE quite a bit. Used to have some story with Funaki on Smackdown lol. Been a jobber for ages now, never been nothing else really.

Chris Harris didn't last very long in WWE, so I hope this is a warning to those in TNA thinking of jumping ship.

its a warning to those in TNA that if they join a rival company don't spend your training eating burgers all day.
I expect Killings to get a fairly decent push in the up & coming weeks and with a guy like CM Punk as champ it shows everyone not in WWE that they don't just push their own homegrown talent anymore.

Shannon Moore was on TV last night. He makes a good Team with Wang Yang, i'd have kept him.

Suprised they released Shannon, he actuallly looked good in his match on SD. Big shocker that was. I expect Vis to be back in a year or two, he alway's is. He's a decent monster heel, and look's pretty menacing. Nick Patrick, which one is he now? He the WCW head ref during the InVasion story, who Hebner faced, or is he the blonde bitch on SD? Ah dont matter.

Duece went the other week didn't he? Now Domino too... Heard Nunzio was supose to be getting a good midcard push too. Guess Not!

Firstly Chris Harris had put on weight near the end of his TNA carear and secondly if weight is such a problem then if Samoa Joe went to WWE he would be not last long there, but to be honest (and your last point touched on it) his 'in-ring ability' has gone down hill (near the end of his TNA carear was also like this)

As for Ron.... sorry R-Truth, are people forgetting that this guy was formerly K-Kwick in WWE and left under a dark cloud which led to him slagging WWE (and most notebly John Cena) off on many occassions including this video from youtube which was on TNA's website which led to a bust up between Cena and Truth at Charlotte Airport airport:



If anything, I thought Harris would have outlasted truth in WWE (that was before I seen his pathetic display on ECW) ,but by the looks of things whatever upset Truth in the first place has been forgotten by both parties.

harris looked shit in 2 matches, couldnt even get up the turnbuckle to celebrate on ecw ffs.

if you cant sell a match or a win, fuck off, simple.


free up the wage bill too for decent guys.

and by the looks of smackdown, they want their employees to tell more tales during the matches too, not just go there, fight and leave. good work vincent
