| Ok so a week or two a go i brought FSM magazine or something like that,[the one with the AJ interview]. And have just finished it off however in the place where people right in someone IMO hit a nail on the head [considering its dated about a week or 2 before the draft]
Basically they were saying that WWE was becoming dry and just the some shit re-packged . And that he was calling it a day. how gutted he msut be! . Myself about a month or so back thought about stopping watching wrestling . But how glad i am that i didnt WWE is heating up a great draft a good NOC a fantastci raw a great new ECW superstar initaive and hopefully a good smackdown tonight as its a US fatal 4 way match according to wwe.com as its independecne day or something. So he left as WWE is just getting nothing short of superb IMO [fingers corss it stays this way]
So i was wondering have any of you ever thought of quitting watching wrestling.
NOTE: the first time i did was casue of my tv not my own personal choice i started watching again aroung GAB07 so nearly a year hey?

| I have stopped watching on two different occasions(that I can remember), and both because Hogan was brought back.
I felt the same as a few guys on here, that if the draft didn't shake things up, then I was just gonna stop watching.

| I actually stopped watching Raw the week the million dollar giveaway because watching the show had actually become a chore, I was getting up early (6am) so I could watch it before work and the show was actually depressing me so I decided I would only read the Raw reports and spoilers to see if the show was worth watching. I read the spoilers for the draft show and decided to watch it on fast forward and then this past week I got up early again because i was confidant it would be a good show and it was.
Crisis passes.
Considering ive been watching since early 1990 this last 2 months of programming have been the worse ive ever had to sit through, and i lived throught the 1993 cartoon era.

| The term "Al Capone's vault" has become slang for a heavily expected event with disappointing results. | |

| Regarding the topic of this article, I have never stopped watching wrestling but I have considered giving it up. I have only been a wrestling fan since the end of 2003 and the beginning of 2004 so you could say I have missed the best era of wrestling history, of course I am talking about the Attitude era. I never saw any of the Attitude era so I can't really compare WWE today to what it was back then.
However I have been watching some old matches and segments from the Attitude era on good ol' youtube and I have to say, compared to then, WWE is crap today. However even before I started watching parts of the Attitude era on youtube, I sometimes got so bored watching RAW or Smackdown that I decided to change the channel. This has become a regular occurance since the start of 2007. However, I do think that if WWE really start to pick up their game right now, in a few years, they could have a really entertaining show which could, and I say could even rival the Attitude era.
I mean you have the 2 top stars for the next 5 to 10 years in Cena and Orton, you have the other future main event stars in Morrison, Jeff Hardy, hopefully Benjamin, MVP and Kennedy. You already have a half decent mid card and lower card and the Divas division is finally starting to look good with superstars such as Beth Pheonix, Mickie James, Natalya, Victoria, Melina etc. I really think if WWE carry on the right track, they could finally have the show that the fans have been aksing for since the end of the Attitude era.

| as you know mr junior, i also had a massive hiatus for wrestling, part glad i did partly annoyed i missed 5 years of people developing careers.
i used to watch it for laughs, i still do, but the past few months have been far from entertaining, but i had faith that vince couldnt do too much about it at the time cos stories had failed for out of control reasons and im glad i stuck with it, cos now i can watch and enjoy like i did as a kid.
that edge story on smackdown was great last night, reminded me of how dramatic wwe could be. "THE WEDDINGS OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF" genius, considering a week ago we were like "so who will invade it? punk , taker, batista etc"

| its weird she showed some good signs, but ruined it at the end. edge trying to kick the door down i think vince will love edge as a challenger if he keeps this up though. 3 promos and a match per show will do. | |
