Punk as champ - management proving a point!!!

Its no secret that certain people out the back don't like Punk and when he won money in the bank many speculated that it was a way for his detractors to 'prove' to his supporters that he would fail in a main role on the roster, he wasn't booked well at all after the MITB win either.

Now that he's WHC do you think its again,a way for his dtractors to prove to his supporters (fans and employees) that he doesnt draw in a main spot so they can get the title off him and get him out of the main event picture for good?

Last week Punk = Ratings and long may it continue.........

I think Punk got it because of his clean living life style to try and help with all the recent drug problems in WWE. What I would find slightly amusing if this was the case

' CM Punk has been suspended for thirty days to a violation of the Wellness policy'

That would be funny.

HHH on smackdown this week "thats 30 days off" made me lol.

....which had nothing to do with the original point ive just realised.

HHH did pull out a bit of a quality comedy performance the other day

I think he's being allowed creative control while he's on Smackdown.

yeh and the whole alluding to marrying the boss. i thought that was golden
but then he kicked it back into kayfabe when he referenced the false wedding with steph.


he seems to quite often break kayfabe, even if its just a tiny nod to smarts.
