| not been many, suppose leeds would top all, but i hardly bothered with much music lol only 4 bands or so i WANTED like really wanted to see, saw 3 of them so it was good, but 5 nights of pure ace it was. ---- of normal gigs i suppose the NME rock n roll riot in 05 was the best, the cribs, maximo park and the kasier cheifs all in leeds town hall. Was a great atmosphere and they all played blinders. only been a few more, but i enjoyed the bravery, cos i think they are a decent band, shame the scenes shit on the good bands and make the shit ones good lol. | |

| Foos at Leeds few years back was ace as they refused to leave the stage for the next band. Chili Peppers went I got front row also excellent Same with QOTSA Also really enjoyed 1st time saw Damian Rice as it purely by accident that I was there and didnt know of him at all. Snow Patrol were good as they signed my blow up sheep. Manic's told me to put a baked potato on a fire I'd made. Limp Bizkit *cough* I battered a load of kids in the mosh pit | |

| it's hard to pick a top 3 but if pushed I would say the best live bands i've seen would be in no particular order.

| For me, Smashing Pumpkins in Glasgow last year were awesome! tiny hall, about 1500 die-hard fans, me and a mate went up from down south and it was amazing!!
Aerosmith in Paris were pretty cool too, and Velvet Revolver a few years back at the Hammersmith Apollo deserve a mention too... | |
