All that was needed was an answer, not a change of mind about the box, just an answer so it could be debated, NOTHING MORE!

I think the main thing about the chat box is that for those involved its great as the topic is there in real time.
But the conversations that are discussed get lost once the people have left.
Those that then come on at a latter time then don't see what has been discussed like if they were points raised on a forum thread and therefore can never discuss the points raised.
I enjoyed the chat box as a novelty but would be happy for it to go.

guys, listen for a second. we have different opinions on the chatbox right? how about people who don't ike it stay away from it and stop complaining, and the people who use it, use it. it's that simple

WHen a topic is discussed you can copy and pate those points in to a seperate article for members to discuss later. Like I did on realdudes Kurt angle article.

I dont think its as simple as that Klaus.
The chatbox is generally detracting away from the forum, as I mentioned above, things that are discussed in chat are then as a whole not put on the forums so people that then come on at a later time see nothing has happened on the forums.
Its great for those that use it but ruins it for those that arent there at the time.
A forum post though whenver you log on can read through what people have said and put forward your view. With chat you have to be there at the time its happening.

Villa did cut n paste one topic though but I still dont think thats the answer.
