Apparantely in FCW this kid is on a Goldberg like winning streak of 51-0 at present and is the current champion.
He's touted to move over to WWE shortly but has anyone seen any footage of the guy?

Would they continue the streak in WWE. It is the quickest way to get somebody over.

And if they did want to bing goldberg back then they could build hager up to face the orignal man with the streak

Jake Hager looks like a muscley and tall Kenny Dykstra, just another young meat head im afraid.

doesnt seem to me that he has the "look" to be in wwe. its like he worked on his upper arms then forgot to work out on the rest.

I wrote an article on him months ago on the old niceboards, he is apparently of the same mould as Lesnar, excellent mat wrestler, I believe he holds the most pins in a season record for school high school level (30)

That makes me a bit more excited by his prospects.

He is a big guy as well, 285lbs and is around 6 foot 5 but like you the fact he can actually wrestle is what grips me!

I imagine he is not the greatest on the mic yet or else he would already be on the shows by now, hopefully they dont waste him by rushing him into somthing to big for his character

How would you like to see him brought in I would like to see him in a fued with some one with lots of experience. Kane maybe could come in young, brash, cocky youngster spouting trash to the others. However this is the WWE so probs will be some god awful gimmick then wont see him again

I think an idea would be maybe someone on a cell phone out the back (non wrestler) mentions he was on the phone to the people who run FCW and he was telling him about a guy who is 51-0 down there.

Then a week later it's bought up on commentary that some guy by the name of jake Hager is breaking wrestling records, this should be done during a carlito match.

The next week they mention him again, maybe Cole claims to have vistited FCW and met him, this should also be during a carlito match.

The next week Carlito gets on the mic and says he is sick of watching Raw back and hearing cole talk about some nobody instead of his match, calls him a punk.

The next week Jake should be front row and have the comms talk about him a fair bit until carlito comes out and slaps him, security stop Hager getting to Carlito but the next week he comes out and takes carlito apart with power move after power move.
I think that would pretty much put him immediatly over.

I don't think they should bring him in on a blaze of glory, to do that then he would need to go over a big big name instantly, and usually when that happens, particularly to a face big name they usually come back and eventually win the war which would hinder him.

I think just having him in as McMahons muscle at first after the collapse of the stage would be a good idea, then have him in a serious of matches as well and he can show his class, he does not need to go after McMahons attacker, just make sure no one else attacks McMahon. He could go on to have big matches on all brands as he accompanies McMahon all over the WWE and show good potential in the ring with Helmsley, Michaels, Undertaker and Cena as well as getting a big match out of Batista, he could simply carry this on until the Rumble where he enters at say 8 and stays in for around 35 minutes and throws out around 12 guys in total, this would get him over with the fans no end and he could begin to distance himself from McMahon, who would then bring in another bodyguard simply for him to be eventually steam rolled by Hager after a short feud, then you could really see him step up to the plate

Heres another......

He comes out one week at the start of Raw to no music.

Gets on the mic and introduces himself, says he's the future of the business and will be champion by 2010, also claims that in that time he will lose zero matches.
He takes his top off and flexes his muscles but is interupted by Batista who says you have to do more to impress the Raw fans than have big muscles, the two exchange a few insults until Hager challenges Batista to a match on the show.
Batista accepts but later in the show Hager is shown leaving the arena.

Backstage interviewer announces to Batista that Hager has left and the match is off.

The next week Hager comes out again and goes throught the same basic bragging, this time adding that he will win royal rumble 09.10,11 and 12 and become the 1st guy to win 4 rumbles.
This brings out John Cena who says your looking at the guy who won the last Rumble, again threats are made and a match is agreed but once again Hager leaves the arena.

The following week Hager is interviewed in the ring by Michael Cole, hager says the reason he keeps leaving is because he's worried he will be fired if he hurts Cena or Batista as they are the main wwe stars, he claims he would put them out about 8 months apeice.
this brings out Cena and Batista, more insults thrown and Hager challenges the pair of them to a 2 on 1 but adds he wants something in writing that he wont be fired WHEN he hospitalizes them.

Later in the show Hager is shown out the back and some cops turn up (someone has called them) Raw gm says it must be a hoax but Hager orchastrates an argument with them and it gets so that he is arrested and taken into custody.

Match off.

Im not sure where this can go but its differant and I think would get him over.

ok think ive got it......

basically it blows off that he faces Batista on PPV and loses but on Raw the next night he acts like it didn't happen and claims he will remain undefeated etc, next PPV he loses again which will kick off a sort of losing streak gimmick but he still acts the mega hardarse who refuses to acknowledge losses. he should steamroller through some undercard guys and only count them when he goes 56-0, possibly counting some losses as draws or wins on points.
