| Today in PE we were doin swimming and it was our assesment! As we get outta the pool a few people are complaining feeling ill!
A couple mins later ma mate passes out in his cubicle and gets taken to the medical room!!! Next thing i no im throwing up BLOOD and just laying on the floor feeling crap!
A few more people come outta their cubicles and are looking really ill!!
Symptoms: Feeling really sick, Red Eyes, muscle spasms, cramp and headaches
I think it may have been to much clorhine (spelling) in the pool but i dunno! Looked on the net cant find much just wondering if this kind of thing has happened to anyone after swimming before!?

| it is probably because of over chlorine substances in it nothing much or it could be the result of an infected water.
nothing really to be afraid.
i don't know if you go to the seaside often but if you do, you will be immunized against this as the salty water makes your eyes feel like someone has put red powder in it. i have swim in the pool but never got this kind of symptoms apart from cramps which i get often when i play something like 60 minutes of footy without warming myself
today itself i got one during the outing and it is still hurting me ouch

| here isthree things to can do to prevent cramps
1) warm up at least 15 minutes
2) drink at least a glass of milk daily
3) avoid drugs, cigarettes and alcoholics drinks
and to decrease the pain of it
1) don't agitate
2) tell a mate to push your feet in the direction of your knees
