| THe FU can be impressive when done on huge people, but on the whole yeah, its a pretty dumb looking finisher | |

| I agree, but thats not really what Im saying.
Let me put it another way, there are shit loads of different types of powerbombs, but some look way better than others. the comparison between the F5 and FU is plain stupid.

| im not saying the FU is as good as the F5 but its nearly the same in principle.
just one lands on front one on back. i just dont think the f5 is as good as people make out.

| Well it true, like i said you can make comparisons with almost ALL moves, its about how they look, and in terms of how they look the FU and F5 can't even be compared. | |

| Exactly, the GTS also starts like that.
*note* I'm not comparing the GTS to F5/FU.
i DO get what Sexton is saying, BUT for me its all about how they look.
*also see twisted sister/RKO*
OH and the rko being 25? WTF its the best finisher around today FFS.

| Cena made the F-U in retaliation of Lesnar's F5? *picture's that poster of Lesnar F5-ing a shark* I can see the comparison, and it being made as a direct take off of the F5 back's it up. But the comparison's ended when the fued ended, and Cena made it his own signature so I dont think people will see it as a take off of the F5. | |

| Sort of like the bookend then?
How cool would it be for lesnar to F5 someone into an FU (hard as hell to do)

| Yeah, there was. Cena and Brock faced each other for the WWE title at Unforgiven/No Mercy 2003. Brock battered Cena though. | |

| Yeah, I didn't see it myself but Ive read about it and that is how the F-U came about. I think it was cena's first big feud, just after WM 2003 I think.
EDIT: that's the one Rocky.

if what youir saying is true, and the FU was made to mock lesnar, that would sort of be like booker T's bookend only being used to mock the rock. And i was saying that lesnar would f5 the guy onto cena's sholder, who would procede to fU them. IDk, i'd mark out seeing htat.

| Yeah but Brock and Cena were fueding with each other in the same company. Booker and Rock came up with their variation's around the same time, I mean why would Booker rip off a move done by a nobody at the time, and vice versa. Around '97 Rock was fuck all, Booker was tagging with Stevie Ray as Harlem Heat. Both nothing special so why would they be used to mock the competition? | |

| Oh and both move's are considered to be totally different, Rock Bottom is a Leg hook lifting side slam, and Book End is a Kneeling side slam. | |

to the best of my lacking knowledge, Booker T started using the Bookend during his feud with the rock in WWE. I could be wrong,

| It's a different move though Doom, Booker land's on his knee's, where as Rock goes down with the opponent to the deck, like an STO, but instead of tripping the leg before, he lift's 'em up. | |
